Coffee roasters & café · Seattle
Roasted in-house every Tuesday
Single-origin coffee roasted ten feet from your table, fresh pastries from our neighbors, and big windows made for lingering.
Weekdays
6:30 am to 6 pm
Ember & Oak began as a weekend roasting hobby in a garage. Now our little roaster fills the café with the smell of coffee every Tuesday, and we still taste every batch before it goes on the shelf.
Beans go from roaster to cup within two weeks.
We buy from farms we visit, at prices above fair trade.
Fast Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets on weekdays.
