Every customer record keeps property details, gate codes, pets, service history, quotes, invoices, and payments together. Managers build and send quotes, turn accepted work into scheduled service, assign crews and routes, and close the loop with proof of work, invoices, and payment.

Security by design
Sensitive access fields such as gate codes are encrypted before they are stored, and business data is guarded by membership-based tenant checks. Shared Zod schemas keep pricing, permissions, recurrence, and invoice math consistent between the API and the web app.
